Heidi Van Der Bosch, LMT, has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. After more than a decade working in a chiropractic setting and earning her Medical Massage Certification in 2014, she opened Indigo Massage Therapy in Lindenhurst in July 2023. Through continued advanced education, Heidi has developed expertise in therapeutic bodywork focused on pain relief, improved mobility, and restoring function. Her mission is to provide compassionate, results-driven care that helps every client feel their best.

Hi, I’m Emily Gierut, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Illinois since 2013. I got my start working alongside two wonderful chiropractors who taught me so much about how the body moves, heals, and holds tension. Those early years shaped my passion for helping people feel better—not just for a moment, but in ways that last.
I specialize in therapeutic deep tissue and relaxation massage, blending focused techniques with calming methods to melt away tension, support recovery, and leave you feeling truly renewed. Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day. I’m so excited to join the Indigo Ladies and work with such a talented team—we’re here to help you feel balanced, energized, and more connected to your body.

Whether you’re looking for deep tissue work to target chronic tension and muscle pain, or a relaxation massage to unwind and reset, we tailor each treatment with intention and care. Our sessions may also incorporate upper body and scalp work, along with alternative techniques such as cupping, hot stone therapy, gua sha, and passive stretching to enhance your overall experience and support your wellness goals.

These Certified Modalities include advanced training that enhance your overall wellness journey. These specialized sessions are booked separately. They include:
Prenatal Massage is a full body massage performed by a certified prenatal massage therapist that is similar to a Swedish massage (like what you might experience at a spa) except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.
Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction Massage an intra-oral massage that work the muscles around the temporomandibular joint to alleviate tension and pain.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage- Including post-operative
Uses light, slow, rhythmic skin movements and gentle pressure to move the skin in specific directions based on the lymphatic system's structure encouraging fluid and waste to drain through the appropriate channels.
Utilizing a similar technique described above, post operative lymphatic massage moves the inflammation and trauma (hardness/lumpiness), caused by the surgical instruments, into the lymphatic vessels.
Raindrop Therapy by Young Living
Utilizes unique, targeted massage with young living premium, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing (physically, mentally and emotionally), rejuvenating, and relaxing experience.
Couples Massage
A synchronized massage for two people, performed in the same room on side-by-side tables by two separate therapists. It's a shared spa experience designed to help partners, friends, or family members relax and bond together while receiving individual massages.

Indigo has two locations:
1724 E Grand Avenue, Lindenhurst, IL is located on the 2nd floor, and on the left at the top of the stairs. Please enter the building through the front main entrance.
If stairs are difficult, our second locations is at:
Antioch, IL at 345 Park Ave, Unit #5. This locations is a store front with minimal incline into the building. Please enter through the front door, have a seat in our waiting room and a therapist will be with you momentarily.

We do not take insurance, however we do take Flex Spending and/or Health Spending Account debit cards as payment.
Other housekeeping
New clients will be asked for a $25 deposit that will go toward your first session. This ensures our cancellation policy of 24 hours notice is adhered to and followed. We value the therapist time and yours.
